About Albert Stinchcomb

Albert M. Stinchcomb has been an active professional realtor for more than 20 years. He has successfully become one of the finest historic and luxury home specialists in the Region. Albert is an active East Coast preservationist, building restoration expert and design consultant. He currently heads a boutique space planning and design consulting firm, is a partner in several NJ real estate LLC’s, and has actively engaged in saving and preserving a number of great regional theatres. Early in his design career, Albert was selected “Designer of the Year” for the National Hotel and Motel Show in NYC where he invented and developed a plastic construction system for the hotel industry. This included a plastic stacking building module, tele projection for hospitality suites and computerized dining preparation and ordering. A member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Albert hosted a preservation seminar in Cape May, NJ and has worked on a number of preservation projects, including Fraunces Tavern in NYC. He is a past member of the Board of Fraunces Tavern and past Chairman of the Real Estate Committee of the SR.

 Albert is a recipient of the NJAR “Distinguished Sales Club-life member” with more than 12 years in the Million Dollar Sales Club. He has been a top producer at Liberty Realty and a member of Coldwell Banker’s Presidents Club. Albert has been awarded a number of design and preservation awards plus has been included in the Who’s Who in the World, Who’s Who in Entertainment and Who’s Who in Interior Design.
