Richard started Liberty Realty in 1988 and in its 16th year the company reached 1600 agents. In 2005, its 17th year, Liberty Realty hired its 2005th agent and was ranked as 17th in the nation by the National Association of Realtors. Richard's philosophy is to get back by giving, both in business and charitable pursuits. He has been a leader in the concept of allowing the agent to keep their commission. He was a pioneer in taking all the nickel and dime fees out of real estate. He has assembled the best of
the best in Corporate Brokers and support staff.
He serves on the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House Charities and will be the President-elect for 2006. He hasbeen recognized on many occasions for his philanthropic gestures. Richard attendsUNLV and will complete his BS degree in 2006. Richard is married to wife, Andrea, and has three children, Melissa, Michael and Samantha.

Kelley, as she is known by her agents, has many years in real estate broker management. Kelley is one of the first REALTORS in Las Vegas to receive the RRG Designation. RRG, Risk Reduction Graduate, is received after 44 hours of advanced real estate education. She is active in the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® (GLVAR) as the Designated Realtor and serves on several committees
including Large Firm Brokers Workgroup, Lockbox Investigation Committee and as vice chairman of the Risk Management Committee for 2006.
She is a member of the Awards & Nominating Committee for the Nevada Association of REALTORS. Inaddition, she is a member of the Reno Sparks Association of REALTORS as Designated Realtor. She is a member of the GLVAR Women's Council of REALTORS. Kelley's door is always open for her to lend a helping hand or sympathetic ear. Kelley has two daughters, Korey and Rachel, two grandsons, Nathan and Noah, and two adorable Bassets, Annie and Lulu.

Joe was an Air Traffic controller in the Navy and is a proud father of daughters, Sera (16) and Apani (7 months) (Blackfoot for butterfly).Joe is responsible for operations
and organization of the entire company. His responsibilities are only limited by the number of hours in a day. You will find Joe doing everything from assisting a new
agent with transferring their license and signing up with Liberty to managing the build out on one of our new offices. Joe's background gives him the skills and insight to multi-task and manage.
Richard and Joe have been best friends since fifth grade.
